RSVP to attend the conference is not mandatory but recommended. Please let us know if you are planning to attend.
Outside guests can go directly to the venue and the organizers will check your vaccination records and ID.
Guest speakers / performers who are not enrolled in TNS will have to get a visitor's pass from the Welcome Center Visitor's Desk located at 72 Fifth Avenue.

- Proof of vaccination and a booster and a matching photo ID to access campus are required for campus access. No exemptions or exceptions will be allowed. All guests must also abide by The New School’s mask requirement policy.
- Masks must be worn at all times in campus buildings, unless in a refreshment dedicated area (see below for details).
All the conference events are free and open to everyone! Just follow community safety protocols.

- Attendance at events including food and beverages cannot be required.
- Event organizers will actively inform participants in advance that:
- Food and beverages will be served at the event; and,
- Masks may be removed while eating or drinking.
- Designated Eating Areas on Campus remain in effect through the end of the semester. Food and beverages cannot be served in classrooms, hallways, or other public or non-reservable spaces.
- The university encourages and supports those who wish to wear a mask in any setting.
- Those who are not up-to-date or unvaccinated are strongly urged to continue to wear a mask.
- Outdoor spaces on campus remain mask optional and allow food and drink.
